I AM NOT A THERAPIST, but Mindful Miles is a concept I created because a lot of people ask me for advice or want to pick my brain about running, relationships, fundraising, personal habits, spirituality, life in general, or simply want to connect with another who has also overcome personal traumas, like abuse.

 

I've learned through running that being shoulder to shoulder while releasing endorphins puts people in a more open, creative, problem-solving, receptive, and connection-oriented mindset.

 

Moving forward in the physical helps us move forward in the mind.
